1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
• We currently offer free shipping within India for orders up to 9.9 kg.
• Typical delivery timelines range between 1–10 business days, depending on your location.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on the next working day.
• Local pickups are available from our warehouse until 5:00 PM.
• For addresses within 2 km of Angamaly (683572), we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
• All orders are dispatched from our South India warehouse, and delivery times may vary based on courier serviceability.

Shipment Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier or transit issues. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

• If a prepaid order is returned to us due to non-delivery, a full refund will be issued once the item safely reaches our warehouse.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds in case of delivery delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can use these details to monitor the progress of your delivery.

3. Warranty & Damage in Transit

All Artful Living products come with a 7-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at artfulliving@artfulliving.in.
3. We’ll arrange a free replacement including shipping costs.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• For order changes (address, quantity, or item), please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
• Any price difference from modifications must be paid before shipment.
• Cancellations may incur a 5% deduction to cover payment gateway charges.
• Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
